HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY

Happy Fourth of July!!!! Here is an easy DIY bouquet that add a little class to your Independence Day Celebration. To begin, these flowers were purchased at Walmart for $0.97 and I used 3 to make this arrangement. The vase was purchased at  Dollar Tree and the fillers were purchased at a variety of locations. These fillers can be found at Hobby Lobby, Michaels and your local Dollar Stores. I hope that everyone have an enjoyable holiday, have fun and be safe. #Mikstang Living

Viva Las Vegas Vacation

                       
Top of the evening, Fashionista!!! Hopefully you all are having a great Sunday. This is the time of the year, where many people go on summer vacations. So, I thought that I would share some places that I have visited that would be great for a summer vacation. In March, I vacationed in Las Vegas and had a blast. So, these photos were taken on the Las Vegas strip at the M&M store, This is a great place to visit that is family oriented. The M&M has three floors of fun and plenty of goodies to sample. Pictured above is the huge M&M wall with every color and flavors of M&M. I felt like a kid in a candy store. Literally!!! So, on to the details of my outfit. I decided to wear a pair of distressed jeans which were about $10.00 from a local store and I paired this look with a long sleeve wrap which I tied in a knot to create a cropped look. Lastly, these shoes were purchased at Charlotte Russe, last year. My favorite item from this outfit was my choker which was purchased at factory connection for $5.99. DIRTY DIANA PART 2 JUST BREATHE

Top of the world Fashionista's !!! I hope that everyone is doing amazing. So, as I promised "Dirty Diana" part 2. So, on this day, the weather was gloomy and raining. So, I decided to my wig on which I purchased from Dress Lily. These jeans are by Celebrity Pink, which can be purchased at all major department stores. These Air Max were purchased at Hibbett. Go check out my "Check yourself" post for details. This shirt was purchased at Walmart for $3.00. I love a V-neck tee that fitted. I paired the look with a jean jacket and was on my way. DIRTY DIANA

   

Top of the Evening all, this is going to be a quick post about my "Dirty Diana" inspired look. For all the youngsters, "Dirty Diana" is a hit song by the late and great Michael Jackson. My entire look for this outfit revolved around this wig,which I purchased last year from Dress Lily. I love this wig, it gives me that Chaka Khan/Donna Summer type of look. Now on to the details of this OOTD. To begin, I purchased this shirt last year for $5.00 originally $29.99. My jeans are from Celebrity Pink which can be purchased at all major retailers, they generally retail for 39.99 and up. My favorite part of this look was my new Jessica Simpson sandals, (Pink Multi Monrae) which can be purchased at DSW/ for 79.99. THE TRIPLE C'S CHIC, CONFIDENT AND COOL!!!

 Top of the evening FASHIONISTA'S. Thank you all for all the love from my featuring video for this look. It was my first time doing a video as well as editing. I have so much more to learn. So on to the details of the outfit. While being a military service member, I travel a lot. But, no matter where I go, I always want to look trendy. So this outfit is for ladies like myself that is constantly on the go and who loves to look CHIC, CONFIDENT AND COOL.  To begin, this entire outfit is off the clearance rack, with the exception of the NIKE AIR MAX and Denim Jacket. I purchased these tights at Walmart off the clearance rack for $2.00. These tights are made by No Boundaries. What I loved about these tights are they were made of a thick spandex material and they were not see thru. As we know, many times when we purchase black tights/legging, your underwear will magically peek thru the material. I recommend that you wear a dark pair of underwear, with any black tights/leggings. On to the top, this top was purchased at JC PENNY off the clearance rack for $3.97, the original price was $24.00. I don't know about you, but I'm not paying that much for a tank that I will possibly workout in or casually wear to run errands. As far as accessories, my necklace was purchased last year at Versona, stud earrings and of course a Michael Kors watch. I also added a Denim jacket for a little bit of SPICE. EGGCELLENT EASY EASTER DIY

Top of the evening. Hopefully everyone is having a GREAT GOOD FRIDAY. I know that we only have a couple more days left before Easter and everyone is doing their last minute shopping. So here is a quick and easy DIY. So let's get to the details... The vase was purchased at Dollar Tree, of course. The flowers were purchased at Walmart from $0.97 each. Here's is a little information on the flowers. Gerbera Daisy Bush( EBF61305) Butterfly Bush Mariposa (EBF62102) EArly Spring Mixed Pack (EBF61114) The Easter egg filler were purchased from the Dollar Tree and I used 2 packs. The actual Easter eggs picks were purchased at the dollar tree as well. The eggs in the clear bowl were purchased last year from the Dollar Tree and some of the eggs were paper mache' that I covered with fabric. As a bonus, I decided to share some nail polish colors that would be great for a Spring manicure/pedicure.  We will start with the 1,3 and 5th colors with are by LA Girl Cosmetics. ( Lime Life, Sea Foam and Hibiscus. The 2 and 4th colors are by Revlon and Essie. (Going Guru and African Tea Rose). The fabric for the table runner and cloth were purchased at Joann Fabric and Crafts. Hopefully, each and everyone of you will have a Great Easter. Top of the evening, to everyone. Hopefully, 2017 has been treating you well and you have been making all your dreams a reality. As I have been traveling in this journey called life, it dawned on me that instead of checking others, sometimes we need to check ourselves. As we begin to grow in our journey,periodically we need to check ourselves. SO, here is what I am talking about. Many times we are awaiting someone's else approval of what direction that our life should be taking, instead of self evaluating for ourselves. Let;s be honest, there is someone out THERE, waiting for you to FAIL!!!! DO YOU HEAR ME!!! But I am here to tell you to don't fall for the hype. Continue to follow your dreams, remain humble and live unapologetically. Besides, we only have one life to live so why not enjoy and love what you are doing. So, here is the little details on my outfit. I wore this outfit in Las Vegas. My entire outfit was purchased at Hibbett Sports. But here is the kicker, this entire outfit was off the clearance rack. The NIKE shirt was originally $35.00 and I coped this steal for $21.97 and the NIKE pants were originally $55.00 and I scored these for $23.97. I also got my AIR MAX on sale for $49.99. SIMPLE, SEXY AND SOPHISTICATED WEDDING LOOK

 Top of the evening to all my fashionista out there in the fashion world. This is going to be a quick post to share what I wore to my friend's wedding on last Saturday.  I purchased this online from Forever 21. The original price of this dress was $32.90, but I caught this baby on a 50% cyber sale that Forever 21 was having that particular day. But what, I was really excited about was my stocking that I purchased at Target for $10.00. These Merona fashion tights are black with black polka dots, the style number for these are 025 00 2590. How chic!!!! My shoes were my BCBG heels that I shared with you dolls in a previous post. My accessories were very minimal, stud earrings and a Michael Kors gold and silver watch. YANKEE SNAPBACK AND CHILL

HELLO  WORLD!!!! So a couple of days a I gave you guys a sneak peak of  this look. I wore this outfit last Saturday night, when me and one of my friends went out for dinner and drinks.  This outfit can be worn as a date night, chilling with friends or if you want to look cute, cozy and comfy.  So, lets get to the details. I purchased my Yankee snapback from Lids. My Addidas tennis shoes were purchased at kids Footlock. This is the black and white Allstars. My shirt is a mid sleeve shirt purchased at JC Penny for $40.00, size small, item number for this shirt is 662-1073-0067 and can be purchased at jcp.com.  My jeans are by Celebrity Pink ankle skinny jeans and can be purchased at Belk. Item number for these jeans are CJ21368TY and these were $44.00. My Jean vest was purchased last year at Factory Connection on clearance for $10.00. My amazing earrings were purchased at H&M for a whopping $1.99, they were a clearance item. My necklace was purchased years ago from Cato Fashion. Watch is Michael Kors of course purchased a couple of years ago. Hopefully, everyone is having a great week.
